"The Great Debate" presented at the London Book Fair in 2011 debates the proposition: "All that matters are authors and readers; publishers will soon be irrelevant." Arguing for the proposition are: author Cory Doctorow and author/technologist/publisher, James Bridle and against the proposition are: Richard Charkin of Bloomsbury and literary agent, Andrew Franklin.
